Marcos is a British car brand, founded in 1959 by MARsh and COStin. They built their first racing car in 1959, after which the brand has remained active in racing. For example, in 1966 the Mini Marcos was the only British sports car to finish Le Mans.

The brand has been plagued by financial problems throughout its existence. The brand went bankrupt in 1971, only to come back in 1981, after Marsh bought back the rights to the brand name in 1976. It went bankrupt again in 2000, but was revived by a Canadian in 2002. The racing department is based in the Netherlands, which develops cars for GT and endurance racing.

The Marcos Mantara was introduced in 1992 and was built until 1999.

The Mantara is equipped with a 3.9 liter Rover V8 engine and produces 190 hp, good for an acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h of 5.4 seconds and a top speed of 225 km/h!

A Marcos in itself is a rarity, and especially a link-controlled one is very difficult to find!

Our Marcos dates from July 1995 and will soon be a classic car!

Since Marcos has car racing in his DNA, a Marcos is a real sports car! A sports car with a 3.9 liter V8 at the front, who says no to that?!
